Rule Policy-->Context drop down is not showing the options

Hi Experts,

It is part of creating Alerts, I am trying to create the Rule Policy. When I click on create option in Rule Policy , it displayed the the dialog box , when I am trying to select the Intentent driven interaction(IC Webclient) from the drop down, it is blank and the drop down doesn't contain any list.

Please could you let me know, Is there any setting I can do so that the crop down list will contain all the drop down values
